The 5000 plus is similar to the standard 5000 but with the added feature of a vibrating feeder. This addition is hydraulically driven and operated by the remote-control handset.Material: The 5000 series is a jaw action crusher that is capable of crushing a full UK kerbstone in approximately 45 seconds.
Instant hydraulic adjustable jaws allow output product sizes to range from 20mm up to 100mm. Being only 1663mm wide, the 5000 series can enter sites where access and space are restricted. Dust suppression is fitted as standard, by means of fine water spray nozzles utilising standard domestic hose pressure.
Output: Output will vary according to jaw setting, loading method loading equipment, input material and familiarity of the loading operator. Up to 15 tonne per hour has been achieved at maximum width and consistent material. Average output at 40mm with mixed material is 4-5 tonne per hour.
